Herbal wellness in your own bathtub

For a homemade bath, medicinal plants such as spruce needles, lavender, lime blossom or orange peel can be used as additives. For particularly sensual moments, a bath with nurturing rose petals is also suitable.
Make your own bath additive from herbs
- Bring 1 litre of water to the boil and allow to cool briefly.
- Pour over the herbs and leave to infuse for at least 10 minutes.
- Soak in the bath water (the active ingredients dissolve best at a temperature between 38 and 40 degrees).
- Sieve the herbal infusion and pour it into the bath water.
- Relax.
