BLU Restaurant & Lounge is open 7 days a week, from morning to night, with numerous proposals for breakfast, lunch, snack, aperitif, dinner and after dinner. Gastronomic specialties include proposals from local, traditional Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine. In addition, from 2019 the head chef Davide Asietti will be working with vegetarian star chef Pietro Leemann to create a special selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes under the motto: local ingredients for healthy choices.
