Yoghurt with granola & fruit puree
A healthy breakfast can be so easy! This quick recipe for Greek yoghurt with granola and fruit puree combines creaminess, fruitiness and crunchiness to perfection – 100% natural, sugar-free, but full of vitamins and flavour! Perfect for breakfast, a light lunch, dessert or just a snack.
Ingredients:
- 200 ml Greek yoghurt
- 30 ml fruit puree (seasonal)
- 25 g granola
- 1 mint crown for decoration
Preparation:
- Fill a large jar with the Greek yoghurt.
- Carefully pour on the fruit puree – don't mix the layers for a beautiful look!
- Sprinkle the granola evenly on top for a crunchy texture.
- Garnish with a mint crown and enjoy immediately!
