Matcha Latte – easy to prepare
Experience the perfect combination of creamy milk and invigorating Matcha! Rich in antioxidants and gentle energy, this soothing drink is ideal for relaxing moments. Try it yourself – or enjoy it directly at Solbad & Spa Schönbühl!
Ingredients:
- 4 cl Matcha concentrate
- 250 ml warm milk (e.g. oat milk, almond milk or cow's milk)
Preparation:
- Heat the milk: Pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat it over a medium heat until it is warm. Be careful not to boil it to preserve the flavour of the milk.
- Add matcha concentrate: Pour the matcha concentrate into a cup. If you are using an unsweetened or less intense matcha concentrate, you can optionally add a little honey or agave syrup.
- Stir in the milk: slowly pour the warm milk into the cup with the matcha concentrate and stir well until the matcha is evenly mixed with the milk.
- Optional extra touch: if you like, you can add a small pinch of cinnamon or turmeric or some whipped cream to give the drink an additional detox effect.
- Serve and enjoy: Your detox drink is now ready. It is particularly refreshing and at the same time relaxing due to the warm milk and the strong taste of the matcha.
