Raspberry Orange Smoothie

Still missing the perfect drink for Mother's Day brunch? How about this homemade smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 3 oranges or 250 ml orange juice
  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 500 g natural yoghurt
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • Low sugar

Preparation:

Squeeze the oranges. Mix the orange juice, frozen raspberries and natural yoghurt in a blender. Stir in the Bourbon vanilla sugar and season the smoothie with a little sugar or honey. Chill well and pour into glasses!

With this homemade smoothie, mum will have a great and delicious start to Mother's Day.
